Here are answers to frequently asked questions, e.g. about functions and services of the NEURIA app.

  • How is my data protected at NEURIA?

    All user-provided data is encrypted using the highest encryption standards in the industry. Data is only processed to provide customized information to app users and not for any other purpose. We do not share user data with third parties without the user’s consent. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

  • How often is the data in the App updated?

    As new treatments are approved, they are displayed in the app within 1-3 days. Clinical trials are updated close to real-time.

  • Where does the information in NEURIA come from?

    The information in the NEURIA app contains only data that comes from reliable and validated sources, such as regulatory agencies, clinical trial registries, and hospital websites.

  • What is the relationship between NEURIA and the specified experts, practices, clinics, or institutes?

    The specified experts, practices, clinics, or institutes displayed in NEURIA are obtained entirely through our own research. NEURIA is not part of any business or other relationship with the named physicians; therefore, no information available in the app is biased.

  • Is the NEURIA app free of charge?

    NEURIA is completely free to download.

  • How is NEURIA funded?

    NEURIA is operated and funded by Innoplexus AG. Innoplexus AG is currently funded by its own revenue streams as well as private investors. Of note, none of these investors have a professional connection to the pharmaceutical industry. Whilst Innoplexus AG is a service provider to the pharmaceutical and related industries, NEURIA is operated independently of those business streams. Financial independence from investors directly linked to pharmaceutical or related companies is important for Innoplexus AG to avoid any potential conflict of interest and maintain freedom from potential lobbying influences in order to serve the needs of patients and their loved ones as best we can.

  • How can I track my clinical trial applications?

    Under “My study applications” you can find the status of your application for participation in a clinical study. Clinical trial applications can take up to 3 weeks to process. If you have any questions about your clinical trial application, please feel free to contact us.

    You can use the favorites function to save clinical studies that are relevant to you or that you would like to refer to later.

  • Can I highlight treatments, experts or clinical studies for myself?

    You can save treatments, experts, and clinical studies that you prefer or want to refer to later in a favorites list.

  • Can I block or change my NeuroTwins?

    You can block or swap out NeuroTwins after entering the chat window for each Twin chat. There you select the respective options from the menu at the top right of your screen. This can be done for active chats or for Twins with whom you have not exchanged any messages yet.

  • I just want to explore the app first without sharing details in the questionnaire. Can I do that?

    Almost all questions in the questionnaire are optional. So, you can simply skip those questions to explore the app without customization.
